GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS

We welcome paper presentations and panel discussions related to the theme of "Inclusion X Sustainability" in the regular sessions and panel sessions. If you would like to participate in the conference and submit your abstract, please follow the guidelines.

APPLY TO BE A PRESENTER/CHAIR

[Guidelines for Regular Sessions]  

  • Each session will last for 90 minutes. 

  • Abstracts for Regular Sessions must be submitted via the "Submit your abstract / proposal" link below.  The deadline for submission is 10 March 2024 (JST). 

  • Please include the following information in your proposal: 

    • The title of the presentation 

    • The abstract of the presentation (300-500 words in English or 600-1000 characters/letters in Japanese) 

    • The language of the presentation (English/Japanese) 

    • Contact information and affiliations of the author(s). 

[Guidelines for Panel Sessions] 

  • Panel Sessions are full presentations around a common theme related to "Inclusion X Sustainability" and moderated by a Panel Chair. 

  • Each session should consist of a chair and 3-4 panelists. 

  • When submitting the proposal online, the Chair must provide information for all Panelists. 

  • The Chair’s role is to ensure that all presenters can share their perspectives on the topic and to encourage discussion among panelists. 

  • Each session will last for 90 minutes. 

  • Panel Proposals must be submitted via the "Submit your abstract / proposal" link below. The deadline is March 10, 2024 (JST). 

  • Please include the following information in your proposal: 

    • The title of the panel session 

    • The proposed topic(s) of the panel session (300-500 words in English or 600-1000 characters/letters in Japanese) 

    • The language of the presentation (English/Japanese) 

    • Contact information and affiliations of the Chair and all panelists. 

[Registration Fees]

​All Attendees: 15,000 JPY 

Student Attendees: 6,000 JPY

  • All attendees include presenters, chairs, panelists, co-authors, moderators, and audience. 

  • The registration fee includes access to all sessions and conference reception dinner on the first day.  

  • In case of withdrawal or cancellation of participation, registration fees are non-refundable. 

  • The registration fee is based on the applicant's status as of April 2024. 

  • Please be reminded that the registration link will be sent upon the acceptance of your abstract submission to the regular and/or panel sessions.  

  • The conference is open to all.
