Tomoki Sekiguchi, Ph.D.
Vice Dean, the Graduate School of Management, Kyoto University
Tomoki Sekiguchi is Vice Dean of the Graduate School of Management, Kyoto University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington, USA. He is the former Co-Editor-in-Chief of Applied Psychology: An International Review and is currently  Associate Editor of the European Management Journal, Asian Business & Management, and Frontiers in Organizational Psychology. He is the past President of the Euro-Asia Management Studies Association (EAMSA) and the  Association of Japanese Business Studies (AJBS).
His research interests include person–environment fit, job embeddedness, diversity, equity, and inclusion, cross-cultural organizational behavior, and international human resource management. His work has been published in such journals as  Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes,  the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Management Studies, Academy of Management Learning & Education, the  Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management Review, Human Resource Management, the International Journal of Human Resource Management, the  Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and Asian Business & Management.
